Yes, Imogene is okay. Mostly. She got back up and finished the concert, anyway. I guess it's true what they say about not locking your knees.
The best part of the concert is always the party after. I think I got like, twenty brainfreezes.
The beginning wasn't bad either, though. It's weird waiting backstage, and waiting onstage for the curtain to go up. And the actual singing was good too, it was just kind of a blur. It was all rushrushrush, no time to remember.

Tuesday - Charms theory at 7 (ugh) DADA theory at 10
Wednesday - Potions practical at 8 (ughhh) Div theory at 11
Thursday - Charms practical at 7 (why is the Ministry such sadists?)
Friday - Potions theory at 10, DADA practical at 2 and then FINISHED, ta da!
I guess I should get to bed soon, then. Triple ugh.

Today was my last day of class ever.
I mean, unless I go to WADA or something, but that's pretty much ridiculous, so yeah, last day of class today.
Weird.
Good thing I've got the concert to keep me busy still, I guess. If I was just going to be revising from now, I'd pretty much go entirely mental and start karate chopping people.

Well, looks like my costume's fixed and ready to wear again. Just when I was starting to hope I might be able to get off with just wearing a uniform or something, with trousers I mean. No skirts for the prince, that might send the wrong message. Only if you listen to the Manners ghost I'm sending the wrong message anyway in playing a bloke, it's shameful and going to ruin our country and blah blah blah. Bad luck he didn't tell Dawlish that in the first place, you know, before he cast me. Maybe I could've got a stepsister or something instead. Only their costumes look even itchier than mine, so maybe that's not a better option after all.
That's okay though, even if I don't like the costume much. I'm thinking I might've found a way to improve it, anyway! Behold!
Nice, huh? I can't believe I never thought of it before! I haven't used them for months, and I barely used them even after Lucy gave them to me! They've just been sitting in their case for weeks and weeks, getting stale or whatever moustaches do when they're not getting enough fresh air and sunlight and exercise. I should probably take them out and give them a walk anyway, the stage sounds like the perfect place for them to get a little more exposure, yeah?
Now I just need to decide which one looks most dashing and princey, and I'll be good to go!

My costume looks like it was made for ants to wear in a paintball fight.
Aside from the fact I can't fit into it, it's actually a huge improvement. Take your time fixing it, honestly. I can just wear my normal comfies for now.

It's weird to think less than a year ago I voted the first time, and now I've voting again about the first vote. It's like depending on how it goes, the first one didn't matter, or the world's retracting it or something. I wonder how many people're voting against Macmillan who elected him in the first place.
And it's days later and coming out of nowhere, but thanks to everyone who came to the Battle Day concert. It was kind of mad doing that just the day after Quidditch. It's such a completely different feeling. And also it's two such big things down and done and...
Well, there's still loads more at least. The musical in 16 days, and the la other concert in 24 days, and crap, NEWTs start in 25? And then it's all over in... 44? Someone else do the maths for me.
It's just weird, though. That's so soon.

I didn't think it was so bad really, being asked to think about what we're singing for choir. I mean, it's kind of like what we're doing for the musical already. What we're supposed to be doing anyway.
My mum was in Canada during the war, she left when she realized how bad it was getting. But Dad and Uncle Kirley and cra grandma wouldn't go with her, so she hung out being worried and wondering what was going on next and if she'd ever see them again, especially Uncle Donnie, because he was put in Azkaban. She said she didn't know if she'd ever be able to go back even.
Dad stayed to work in St. Mungo's even though his mum's a muggle. It was probably completely mad of him, but he said they needed him. And they did too, they had loads of really badly hurt people come in that year. And at the end, here at Hogwarts. It's kind of mad to think about an actual war happening here and people dying in the classrooms, and not of boredom.

For the record, I only glanced at the script for a second and I wasn't looking at my lines, I was looking at Harrison's. I bar memorized mine, that doesn't mean I have everyone else's down and all my cues just yet.
Anyway, we sing the Agony song twice in two different ways, it's only natural to get them a little mixed up.
